Two people showering back to back will get through it, so if there is a third in the house we will say so at the quote.

The duplex is the tank for hard water. It steps the steel up to 2205 duplex / 316-grade, which shrugs off the chloride and mineral load that eats a glass-lined anode and pits ordinary stainless: bore water, tank water, and the harder-water pockets around the south-east. Same 315 litres and the same 5 kW CO₂ heat pump as the rest of the range, in a shorter, wider body that also gets under a low eave. We test your water on the site visit and tell you whether you actually need it.

The duplex tank, now in 400 litres, the size Reclaim added for the bigger household that also happens to be on hard water. Same 2205 duplex / 316-grade steel that resists the chloride and mineral load bore and tank water carry, on the same 5 kW CO₂ heat pump, with enough stored volume for six-plus people and the recovery to have it back before the evening run. It's the tank we reach for on acreage where the draw is high and the water is anything but soft.

Tank and heat pump in one shell, running R290 rather than the split range's CO₂. Nothing goes outside, which is the whole point of it: 200 L for a smaller household on a block where there's no clean spot for an outdoor unit.
