Quoted Mon, installed Fri
Took the old gas Rinnai out, dropped in a Reclaim heat pump, sorted the VEU rebate so I paid less than $400 out of pocket. Bloke on the phone is the bloke on the tools, refreshing.
An annual service on a refrigerated system is filters, coils, drains and pressures. It's unglamorous and it's the difference between a system that lasts fifteen years and one that dies in an eight-year-old heatwave with the whole street ahead of you in the queue.

Filters, coils and drains on a refrigerated system. Most call-outs we get in January are units that have never been serviced — a blocked drain or a filthy coil, not a dead compressor.
Filter clean, indoor and outdoor coil check
Condensate drain cleared and flow tested
Refrigerant pressures and superheat checked against spec
Electrical connections torque-checked
Indoor and outdoor coils cleaned properly, not just a filter rinse
Condensate drain flushed and flow tested
Refrigerant pressures and superheat measured against spec
Electrical connections torque-checked and thermal-scanned
We’d rather you read this and ring someone else than have us fit the wrong thing and both regret it.
Call and book with the person you'll see — Chaz or Jake picks up, quotes the service fee, and books a window that suits you. No press-1 hold music, no third-party dispatcher.
Common consumables — capacitors, thermistors, PCB relays, refrigerant, filters — live on the truck. Most service jobs are one-visit fixes because we're not driving back for a $12 part.
Filter clean, coil chemical clean (indoor + outdoor), refrigerant pressure check, capacitor + fan motor test, drain flush, thermistor calibration. Written service report before we leave.
If a component needs replacing we quote it in writing before we touch it. Fixed pricing, no hourly creep. Fee is waived if you accept the repair the same day.
We upload the service report direct to Mitsubishi, Daikin, Fujitsu etc so your warranty record stays clean and any future claim goes through without a fight.
We drop you a text 11 months later so the annual is booked before the heatwave. Skip it if you don't want it — it's a one-line opt-out.
Real numbers. Your final quote depends on site specifics and we confirm it in writing before any work starts.

The same crew, the same standard — whether it's a split & ducted aircon service job or anything else we quote.

Answered the phone myself, quoted the job, showed up to install the job. That trail of trust doesn't exist with most of the bigger mobs anymore.
Had three quotes for a ducted system. These guys were the only ones who actually crawled into the roof. Middle of the pack on price but installed cleaner than the others would have.
Real work across Melbourne's south-east, posted as we finish it.
Gas storage out. Reclaim heat pump in. ⚡

Every two years for a lightly used split, annually for ducted or anything running most of the year. If it's never been done, now regardless of age.
Yes. Daikin, Fujitsu, Panasonic, LG, Samsung, Braemar — if it's on your wall we'll look at it.
Usually. It's almost always the indoor coil and drain tray rather than anything serious, and it comes out in a proper service.
