Common consumables — capacitors, thermistors, PCB relays, refrigerant, filters — live on the truck. Most service jobs are one-visit fixes because we're not driving back for a $12 part.

Filter clean, coil chemical clean (indoor + outdoor), refrigerant pressure check, capacitor + fan motor test, drain flush, thermistor calibration. Written service report before we leave.

Diagnose + written quote for any repair
If a component needs replacing we quote it in writing before we touch it. Fixed pricing, no hourly creep. Fee is waived if you accept the repair the same day.

Service record lodged with the manufacturer
We upload the service report direct to Mitsubishi, Daikin, Fujitsu etc so your warranty record stays clean and any future claim goes through without a fight.

12-month reminder
We drop you a text 11 months later so the annual is booked before the heatwave. Skip it if you don't want it — it's a one-line opt-out.

Every two years for a lightly used split, annually for ducted or anything running most of the year. If it's never been done, now regardless of age.
