Old unit assessed on site
Ducted heater — is the cavity + ductwork reusable? (Usually yes on a like-for-like retrofit.) Hot water — is the existing pad + pipework good, or does it need rework? We tell you before we touch anything.

Install day
Brivis ducted replacement — 3-4 hours if the ducts + controller wiring reuse cleanly. Continuous flow hot water swap — 3-5 hours. Same-day for both. Old unit off the pad and loaded up.

Commission, pressure test, hand over
Gas pressure test to AS/NZS 5601, controller programmed, temperature setpoint checked, we run hot water at the tap. You sign the job card when it's running the way you want.

Compliance certificate + warranty registration
Gas compliance certificate emailed inside 24 hours. Manufacturer warranty registered in your name at the same time.

16 L/min suits a smaller home with one bathroom, 20 for most family homes, 26 where two showers might run together. We size on how many outlets could realistically run at once.
Is Thermann made by Rinnai?
No — Thermann is Reece's own brand, made by Dux. It's a common mix-up. Parts are stocked in every Reece store in Victoria.
