Nothing about a hire unit is yours to look after. If it stops we come out and sort it at no charge, and when the new system goes in we disconnect it and take it away on the same day. There is no obligation to use us for the replacement, and we mean that — it is a different conversation.

How much does temporary hot water cost?

$30 a day while it's on site, plus a $350 set-up and removal fee. If we end up doing the replacement, the $350 is waived, so the only thing you pay for is the days you actually used it.

Do I have to use you for the new system?

No. The hire stands on its own and you're free to go elsewhere for the replacement. You'd pay the $350 in that case, which covers the two trips and the gear. We'd rather you had hot water and chose properly than felt cornered into a decision.

How fast can you get one connected?
