How often should a gas heater be serviced?

Every two years as a minimum, annually once it's over ten years old. Energy Safe Victoria recommends every two years for all gas heaters.

What is a carbon monoxide test?

We run the appliance and measure the flue gases with a calibrated analyser, checking the heat exchanger hasn't cracked and spilled combustion products into your air. The result goes on the report.

What happens if you find carbon monoxide?

We disconnect the appliance and tell you exactly what we found. It's the one part of the job with no negotiation in it.
